Bailey Notzke, WHNP
Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner
Bailey blends clinical expertise with a deeply empathetic approach to women’s healthcare. She began her career in women’s health in 2015 as a high-risk labor and delivery and transport nurse, where caring for patients during some of their most vulnerable moments shaped her approach to care. Those experiences—and a desire to help bridge gaps in women’s healthcare—ultimately led her to pursue an advanced practice role focused on education, empathy, and trust.
Bailey’s clinical interests include preventive care and wellness, patient education, and shared decision-making. She is passionate about empowering women through open communication and building long-term relationships that support confidence and continuity in care. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, discovering great coffee, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, and spending time with her husband and dog.
